Logistics
A company has an office in the U.S. and support staff in India. When a customer calls a US number and the call is forwarded to an employee in India. The customer asks the status of the shipment. The employee in India provides the information.
The employees in India call the company customers in the USA and find out if something has to be shipped. If there is shipment, new order is taken.

Travel Agency
A travel agency has their main office in the USA and their support staff in Philippines. The customers in the USA call a USA 800 number. The call is transferred to Philippines; and the employees books the travel arrangements for the caller.

Law Firm
When a caller calls a laws firm, the VoiceSaver PBX lets the caller know that the call is being recorded. The call is transferred to one of the lawyers on staff. The caller and the lawyer communicate. The conversation is recorded for further reference.
The report generated by VoiceSaver PBX allows the lawyer to bill his client based on the time clocked.

Sales Organization
A sales organization advertises on TV and assigns multiple sales people to answer the sales calls. When a caller calls the 800 number advertised, VoiceSaver PBX rings all the phones of the idle sale persons. Once answer by one of the sales persons, the caller can talk to the sales person. The idea is not to miss any calls.
